    The four-digit number that is listed on the upper right corner of the card is the card security code.

About Shipping

  • We deliver all over the world***!!!
    For international delivery, we use EMS.
  • As a general rule, we try to ship the next day or the day of your order, so at the longest, it will take 7 days. We will inform you by email about the arrival date and time. It should be noted that sometimes we get flooded with orders, and sometimes it takes a while to contact the manufacturers.
  • Notice in the case of out of stock
    Because of the inventory management system, sometimes an item will cease to be able to be sold and may be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
  • Delivered Discreetly
    We package our items in such a way that from the outside appearance, no one will know that the package is underwear, making recieving it is easy and stress-free. The sender's name is simply "SHIROHATO", and does not give indication that we are a lingerie store. Also, the contents of the package are listed as either a "gift" or "other".

About defective

We always inspect our items for quality but, if by any chance an item is defective we will send a non-defective product for free. (We will pay for shipping.)
Please contact us in advance atglobal@shirohato.co.jp.
After the arrival of the product, please return within 7 days with the tag still attached. We will replace it with the same product.
※ If the items are lost or destroyed, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges. Please be careful.

About exchanged or returned goods

In the case of exchanging goods, the returned goods should be returned within 7 days after arriving. (Note, in this case, shipping will be paid for by the customer.)
